Big band sound from northern Germany comes to Washington, D.C.! The Youth Big Band Flensburg, together with its Vocal Ensemble, will be our guest at The United Church for a special afternoon concert.
The young musicians are visiting Washington as part of an international youth exchange and are bringing plenty of music with them. Look forward to jazz, pop, vibrant big band sounds, and young voices—and an afternoon celebrating how music can bring people together across borders.

Big-Band-Sound aus Norddeutschland mitten in Washington, D.C.! Die Jugend Big Band Flensburg ist gemeinsam mit ihrem Vocal Ensemble zu Gast in der Vereinigten Kirche.
Die jungen Musiker*innen sind im Rahmen einer internationalen Jugendbegegnung in Washington unterwegs und bringen jede Menge Musik mit: Freuen Sie sich auf Jazz, Pop, kraftvollen Big-Band-Sound und junge Stimmen – und auf einen besonderen Nachmittag, bei dem Musik Menschen über Ländergrenzen hinweg zusammenbringt.
